Presentation of inclusion habits, unconscious bias, and what makes up DEI as well as connect them with policies. At the end of the presentation, we would like to support the DEI department’s ‘Inclusion Pledge’ and introduce it as a part of the diversity champion program which includes taking a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Upon completion by 3/31/21, the participating employees will receive a certificate, a special DEI logo to include in their signature blocks, possibly Webster schwag and inclusion in a Webster Today article. Employees can include Diversity Champion in their performance goals.
