A skilled practitioner with more than a decade of experience as outside and in-house counsel, Travis has dedicated his entire career to employment litigation, counseling and labor law, often in the context of higher education. He counsels clients on both day-to-day matters and long-term strategies for developing a culture of compliance, and has handled a wide variety of higher education and employment disputes, including negligence, retaliation and discrimination claims, Title IX disputes, leave-related and wage-and-hour claims, traditional labor law and arbitration matters, and restrictive covenant disputes.
