Aja J. Williams is a storyteller who has spent more than a decade in newsrooms and organizations across St. Louis. She has worked for NinePBS and KSDK NewsChannel 5, and her work has been featured nationally in USA Today and PBS NewsHour. Currently, she works at Ameren Missouri, where she works on messaging and content for the Smart Energy Plan, the company’s largest capital project plan for Missouri. She is a proud alumna of the University of Missouri-Columbia and most recently Temple University, where she earned her master’s in Digital Innovation in Marketing. She has served as Greater St. Louis Association of Black Journalists President for 5.5 years as well as the Minority Journalism Workshop director. She’s also a proud wife of almost 10 years and mom of two boys – Robbie and Jaxen.
